  1. Visited location on 157 in Euless, service was slow. Lack of communication between cashier and cook. Manager not involved with customer service. And male cashier welcomed us by sayin ” Welcome to Hell”, very inappropriate for this kind of business this time of day.

    1. I understand how it feels when you are not catered by the management as you are supposed to be. The DQfanFeedback survey serves the purpose of hearing customer complaints. You can simply log into dqfansurvey.com and provide your review about the outlet you experienced this issue with. DQ Customer Care is really good at listening to the complaints. Last time i filed a complaint for their slow service, the management was kind enough to offer me free ice creams for the whole family.

  2. Can’t see nothing on the receipt hardly so I’m just taking a guess I’m busy 874 something highway I think the ZIP code is 22450 Lexington Virginia. Order number was 215 809 , date was 7/5/2019 ticket no.was809 total was 22.37. Straight out the food was terrible,I think they make the fries in the morning and serve them all day. Buns were like wilty if I ever pass through here again that’s one place I won’t eat at. Worst chill n grill I ever ate at.

  3. We went to dq yesterday……today I tried to do the survey. My survey code is missing a number. I tried adding each of the 9 numbers including 0 …… it will not take my code!
    I’m so upset!!!!

Store in Grovetown Georgia, I could not get lettuce and tomato on my hamburger and was told they only ring up hamburgers with pickle mustard and ketsup, so I couldnt get the extras..The fries were over cooked and hard. the girl on the told me basically there was nothing they could do…please go somewhere else

  5. Having had problems in the past on getting orders filled correctly at the drive in window, I made a point today of going inside to
    place my take out order over the counter. I was the only customer so there no distractions, just me and your employee. I ordered a cheese burger: HOLD THE KETCHUP AND MUSTARD. I did want MAYO, TOMATOES, ONION AND LETTUCE. Your employee repeated this as he punched the order in the keyboard of the machine. When I got home I found a BUN WITH CHEESE AND PICKLE AND MAYO ONLY. No Lettuce, no onion and no tomato . You need to teach your employees to LISTEN to customers and not make such stupid mistakes
